I reserve a limited number of reduced fee slots in my practice for those with limited economic circumstances, and particularly for individuals from historically underserved populations. Please contact me to inquire about the availability of these slots. I will make every effort to accommodate your financial needs.
While I currently do not accept insurance, I am recognized as an out-of network provider by many insurance plans. As an out-of-network provider, I can provide you with a super-bill statement that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement (depending on your plan's specifications for out-of-network providers).
